Abstract
Birth and pregnancy are physiological, but if not managed properly it will be pathological. Continuity of care in midwifery is a series of continuous service activities ranging from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and family planning services. Purpose: providing continuous care to Mrs. L 28- year-old primipara at Puskesmas Silih Nara . Method: The research design used was descriptive and type of case study research. Results: the study show the care given to Mrs. L starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and the newborn goes smoothly, and the mother and baby are normal. Conclusion: after being given care Continuity of care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and newborns all worked smoothly and the condition of the mother and baby in normal circumstances. Suggestions: health workers can improve and even improve the quality of service in providing midwifery care on an ongoing basis
