Abstract

Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn are physiological conditions but in the process there is the possibility of a condition that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and can even cause death. Every pregnancy can pose a risk of maternal death, adequate monitoring and health care during pregnancy until the puerperium is very important for the survival of the mother and her baby. The approach used in this Final Project is a direct approach to pregnant patients aged 8-40 weeks in the normal category, then

giving birth normally, entering a normal postpartum period, monitoring the care of newborns to neonates, until the mother decides to use contraception. The process of midwifery care begins with data collection and then describes the data comprehensively based on Continuity of Care (COC) for pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, neonates and family planning (KB). The conclusion of this care all went normally without any complications.
