Asuhan Kebidanan Continuity Of Care (COC) Pada Ibu Hamil, Bersalin, Nifas Dengan Plasenta Rest, Bayi Baru Lahir Dan Keluarga Berencana Pada Ny. K Di BPM Sartika Manurung Kecamatan Medan Johor Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2022
Abstract
The coverage of K4 visits for pregnant women in North Sumatra increased from 2010 and then decreased until 2018. One of the efforts to improve the qualifications of these midwives is by implementing a model of sustainable midwifery care (Continuity of Care/CoC). The purpose of this study was to conduct Continuity Of Care (COC) Midwifery Care for Mrs. K starting from Pregnancy, Maternity including BBL, Postpartum, Family Planning at BPM Sartika Manurung, Medan Johor District, North Sumatra. This research is a type of research used is descriptive with a case study approach. The subject in this study was NY. K G2P1A0 from 9 weeks 4 days of pregnancy to the family planning process. After carrying out a case study of continuous care (COC) on Mrs. K from pregnancy to postpartum and family planning as well as BBL care, where Mrs.K's pregnancy is a physiological pregnancy, Mrs. K's delivery is spontaneous vaginally. During postpartum monitoring, uterine involution, perineal wound care and health education regarding contraceptives were studied. Mrs. K's baby is normal, there is an increase in weight according to age, there is no infection in the umbilical cord and the baby is exclusively breastfeeding, postpartum family planning. So it is known that sustainable care is effective in preventing morbidity and mortality. It is recommended to health workers to continue to provide continuity of care for mothers and to improve the health and welfare of mothers and children and to reduce maternal and child mortality.
