Abstract
Background: Efforts to achieve the target of Sustainable Development
Goals (TPB/SDGs) are the main thing in national improvement, TPB/SDGs have 17 goals, of which 17 are healthy and pro sperous lives. The appropriate policy for the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) is to improve health services. The SDGs target in 2030 is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) of less than 70 per 100,000 live births (Ministry of National Development Planning, 2020).
Methods: This research method uses quantitative research with a quasi- experimental research design and one group pretest-posttest approach for normal postpartum mothers.
Results: Post-pain after pain in postpartum mothers before the effelurage massage technique obtained an average median value of 6.00 with a minimum-maximum value (3-8). Afterpains pain in postpartum mothers after the effelurage massage technique obtained an average median value of 2.5 with a minimum-maximum value

Conclusion: Based on the results of the Paired-Sample T-Test, it was obtained . value = 0.000 < = 0.05 meaning that there was a significant difference before and after being given
