Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Resiko Tinggi Kehamilan Dengan Kepatuhan Kunjungan Antenatal Care Di UPTD Puskesmas Umbunasi Tahun 2021
Abstract
Background: Umbunasi Health Center 2020-2021 occupies the detection of danger signs of pregnancy and the low level of education affects the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the high risk of pregnancy so that it will increase the high maternal mortality rate. From this background, it can be formulated whether there is a relationship between the knowledge level of pregnant women and ANC compliance. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about high-risk pregnancy with ANC compliance at the Umbunasi Health Center, Umbunasi District, South Nias Regency. Method: This type of analytical
research uses a survey method with a cross sectional approach. Results: The sample as many as 168 respondents purposive sampling technique. Validity test with product moment, reliability with KR 21. The research subjects were pregnant women in the Umbunasi Health Center area. Data was taken in December 2020 by filling out a questionnaire, looking at the Cohort and the MCH handbook. Conclusion: Data analysis with chi square From the statistical test results using Fisher's exact-test at a significant level of 0.05, the p value = 0.000 was found to be smaller than = 0.05, meaning Ho was rejected, Ha was accepted. This statistically shows that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about high risk of pregnancy and adherence
to antenatal care visits.
