Hubungan Karakteristik Ibu Dengan Kejadian Preeklampsi Dalam Kehamilan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pante Raya Kecamatan WIH Pesam Tahun 2021
Abstract
Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia is one of the main causes of maternal death in Indonesia. The cause of the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women is not known with certainty, although there have been several theories that try to explain the cause of pre-eclampsia is placental ischemia. This type of research is an observational retrospective analytic study. Analytical observational research where researchers look for relationships between variables and analyze the data collected and how big the relationship between variables is. The research site is in the work area of the Pante Raya Health Center, Benar Meriah Regency, Aceh. Statistical test using Chi Square Test. After conducting a statistical test of the data, it was found that the characteristics of the mother that affect the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnancy include: age factor, weight gain during pregnancy, history of PE in close family members who have blood relations such as mother or siblings and a history of diabetes mellitus. DM). Meanwhile, statistical tests showed that there was no parity relationship with the incidence of preeclampsia. There was no significant relationship between parity and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnancy, with a p value of 0.068. There was a significant relationship between age and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnancy, with a p value of 0.000. There is a significant relationship between weight gain during pregnancy and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnancy, with a p value of 0.008. There was a significant relationship between previous PE history and the incidence of preeclampsia (p value 0.000). There is a relationship between a history of DM and the incidence of preeclampsia (p value 0.009).
