Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Kelas Ibu Hamil Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii Tentang Persiapan Persalinan Di Puskesmas Sungai Sembilan Kota Dumai
Abstract
As many as 93.76% of puskesmas in Indonesia have conducted classes forpregnant women, which means that they have achieved the Ministry ofHealth's 2017 strategic plan of 84%. Riau Province has implemented 100% ofpregnant women classes. Regencies/cities in Riau province have alimplemented classes for pregnant women. Methods: The type of research ispretest and posttest group design with quasi-experimental designs with a non-equivalent control group design approach, that is, this design is almost thesame as the pre-test post-test design with control group. The population wasall third trimester pregnant women in the Sungai Sembilan Health Center working area who attended 26 pregnant women classes. With the number ofsamples of the experimental group and the control group 26 pregnant women.To analyze the effect of holding pregnant women's classes on knowledge about childbirth preparation at the Sungai Sembilan Health Center, the data obtained was analyzed using a paired "T" test dependent. Results: The results obtained in this study were that there was an effect of implementing the PregnantWomen's Class in the experimental group on knowledge about childbirth preparation with p=0.000. Meanwhile, there was no effect of implementing the Pregnant Women's Class in the control group, p=0.175. Conclusion: There was an effect of the implementation of the Pregnancy Class in the experimental group on knowledge about childbirth preparation and no effect on the implementation of the Pregnancy Class in the control group.
